Team members are expected to trust one another, to support the direction and priorities of the organization, and to put the needs of the enterprise ahead of their own. That's not easy to achieve, especially when some people are working in different offices, or remotely from home.
Team building is no longer a luxury. Teams need focused development time together to build strong relationships and trust. Team Cohesion and Trust is a targeted, skillfully facilitated team-building program with a core curriculum of nine modules, plus 16 electives. Teams can select one of three tracks (constructive conflict, mastering the matrix, or change management), or build their own. We can deliver any module virtually or in person; for optimal flexibility and connection, we recommend a mix of both.
Some teams don't need more than a tune-up, which can be done in a few in-person sessions. When teams have more to work through, or have members who have not yet worked together (or even met) in person, we recommend a longer engagement of 6 to 12 months.
