I saw Deb’s presentation on triangles in Washington DC last year and thought it would be perfect for HRPANO. Our members are experienced nonprofit HR leaders and professionals working in the New York area who have high expectations for our monthly programs. Deb delivered her presentation for our April meeting and received high marks from everyone. She provided a very clear conceptual introduction to workplace ‘triangulation’ theory, and engaged the group in a lively discussion of real-life examples that resonated with the challenges we face in the workplace.
