When Deb first came into our offices, I have to admit, I was quite skeptical about the process. But we needed an intervention from an expert, and soon she had even me convinced that some group and individual time with her could make a big difference in how we were communicating and working together. Learning about our own work styles from the Myers-Briggs, FIRO-B assessment, and some one-on-one time with Deb was immediately helpful. Revealing to the team what we were comfortable sharing about ourselves, with Deb’s careful facilitation, created a vast shift in our productivity. We were able to move forward with clarity and strength, which made the workplace much more enjoyable and open.
